1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing gwap.com.sg or engaging GWAP Pte. Ltd. for services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

 

2. Services

GWAP provides network infrastructure, IT solutions, and technology integration services for residential, SME, and commercial clients in Singapore. Service scope, deliverables, and pricing are confirmed in writing via a quotation prior to commencement of any work.

 

3. Quotations and Payment

All quotations are valid for 14 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. A signed quotation or written confirmation is required before work commences. Payment terms are as stated in the quotation. GWAP reserves the right to suspend or terminate services in the event of non-payment.

 

4. Intellectual Property

All content on gwap.com.sg including text, graphics, and logos is the property of GWAP Pte. Ltd. and may not be reproduced without written permission. Work product delivered to clients becomes the client's property upon full payment of all outstanding invoices.

 

5. Limitation of Liability

GWAP's liability in connection with any service is limited to the value of the fees paid for that specific service. GWAP is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of our services or website.

 

6. Warranties

GWAP warrants that services will be performed with reasonable skill and care. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted or error-free. Any defects reported within 30 days of completion will be assessed and rectified at no additional charge where the defect is attributable to GWAP's workmanship.

 

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.

 

8. Changes to Terms

GWAP reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Updates will be posted on gwap.com.sg with a revised date. Continued use of our services following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
